Rainbow Experience Preschool is a private, non-profit preschool that has been educating the children of Baldwin for almost 50 years. The preschool is sustained and developed through the cooperative efforts of the parents and the business partners of the Baldwin community.

Did you know that for every dollar spent on quality early childhood education, the community saves $13 in future costs? Examples of these future costs include at- risk programs, welfare, teenage pregnancy, etc. Therefore, investing in and making the Rainbow Preschool possible will ultimately save the community money.

We are seeking community partners who are willing to donate money that will help fund our scholarship program. This tuition reduction program allows students to attend Rainbow Preschool that might not be able to do so otherwise because of their family’s financial situation. The community partner’s donations will also help to defer the costs of our fundraisers conducted throughout the school year. Rainbow’s fundraising projects are critical to the success of Rainbow. Without the money raised through the fundraising projects, Rainbow Preschool would not be able to continue to exist.

As you can see, the community partners of Baldwin are a critical element to the future success of the Rainbow Preschool. Therefore, we are asking that you consider donating. Along with the satisfaction that you are helping children in Baldwin, you can also use your donation as a tax deduction. We appreciate all levels of donations because every dollar adds to our cause. However, we have installed three levels of giving that we will reward with certain forms of advertising for your business. Please see the levels below as you are deciding what donation your business is considering.

Donation of $250 – your business’s name on our website as a community partner and in all ads Rainbow places in the community papers.

Donation of $500 – your business’s name on our website as a community partner, in all ads Rainbow places in the community papers and on our ads and publications posted around the community

Donation of $1,000 – your business’s name on our website as a community partner, in all ads Rainbow places in the community papers, on our ads and publications posted around the community and your name and logo on the back of our Rainbow t-shirts that are given to all students of Rainbow.

In addition, teachers, board members and parents wear these t-shirts. These t-shirts are worn during the Maple Leaf parade, at all our fundraising projects and at our family meetings.
