Rainbow Experience Preschool has licensed teachers who work to ensure its curriculum aligns with the Baldwin Public School District USD 348. That alignment helps our students to be well-prepared for entering the public school system. To assist in this process we utilize two of the same curriculums as the district: Animated Literacy and Handwriting Without Tears.

Chelsea Bradbury, Director

Hello! I am Chelsea Bradbury and I am the Director of Rainbow Preschool and the assistant teacher in the Bee-ginner classroom. I have a degree in Elementary Education and many years of experience working in Early Education.

I have 3 sons, Samson, Sully, and Raleigh. I have a four-legged son too! He is a 120 lb. Newfoundland and his name is Ubu. Sully is excited to be attending Rainbow this year as a Busy Bee.

My family and I are happy to call Baldwin City home. We keep busy in our community with soccer practice, swim lessons, the summer reading program, and boy scouts. My family and I also enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, riding bikes, attending music festivals, and just being outdoors.

Here at Rainbow we are hard-working and compassionate about each child. Our goal is to provide a loving, safe, and stimulating environment for our students. I feel privileged to work with the dedicated staff and parents of Rainbow Preschool.

Dana Clem, Lead Teacher

Hello! My name is Dana Clem. I live in Baldwin City with my husband John and our 3 children: Abby, Nathan, and Sydney. My husband’s job with Xerox is what brought us to Baldwin City from Wichita.

I started working for Rainbow Experience Preschool as an Assistant Teacher when my youngest child, Sydney, was finishing up Pre-K at Rainbow Preschool. I fell in love the kids, the preschool and Baldwin City. Who knew work could be so much fun? I am thrilled to be in my current position as Lead Teacher. I have a lot of great ideas to share!

I am working on my degree in Elementary Education and am a licensed preschool teacher in the state of Kansas. Spending time with my family is my favorite thing to do, but I also like to run, swim, quilt, read, scrapbook, work outside at home and I am also a tri-athlete. I help with 2 girl scout troops, boy scouts, and teach Sunday School at church when needed as well has help with vacation bible school.

What do I love the most about teaching preschool? The kids. They are so much fun. I love to just watch them play, learn and grow. It is amazing to see how much the children progress in all areas of development by the end of the year. They are a true blessing!
